2018 Bruins Learn to Play program

Almost 60 children, from Wakefield and surrounding towns, participated in the 2018 Bruins Learn to Play program through Wakefield Youth Skating in October. The program wrapped up with a visit from Blades and former Bruin great Rick Middleton! Thanks to all the WYSA coaches and volunteers who made this program a success!

Registration for WYSA's Learn to Skate and Play programs is now open. Visit http://www.wysa.net/news/171/learn-to-skate-and-play-registration-now-open to learn more and to register!

The  Bruins Academy Learn to Play presented by Pure Hockey (previously called "Little Bruins") to help aspiring, youth hockey players develop their skills. The program took place in over 80 locations across New England and over 5,000 youth players will have the opportunity participate. The Boston Bruins are thrilled to share their passion for hockey with the next generation of hockey players.* This year, $2,500,000 (retail value) worth of equipment was donated through this program. *
